Jack Nuttall (born 30 January 1929) is a former Australian rules footballer who played with Footscray in the Victorian Football League (VFL) during the 1950s. A defender, Nuttall was a reserve in Footscray's 1954 premiership winning side. Australian rules football, officially known as Australian football, also called football, footy or Aussie rules (and in some regions called-erroneously-AFL, after the Australian Football League, the only fully professional Australian rules football league) is a sport played between two teams of 22 players (18 on the field, and four interchanges) on either an Australian rules football ground, a modified cricket field or another modified sports venue.
