Delta Tulcea is a Romanian professional football club from Tulcea, Tulcea County, Romania.The Club was founded in 2005 when the fusion with Dinamo Coral Tulcea occurred and the current Fotbal Club Delta Tulcea was born. The Club's first president was Petre Marinescu since May 20, 2006. In their first season, the team would play in the Romanian third league (Liga III), where they would win the league's second series by a margin of twenty points from the runner-up, CSM Ramnicu Sarat.
