ArchOne is an Arch Linux based live USB, optimized for Acer Aspire One netbooks. However, as reported in the main site of the project, for common specifications of the netbooks ArchOne probably will work also if you have another netbook. ArchOne has features of Arch Linux: it is upgradeable with a command, it is very fast at boot and in everyday use. ArchOne is designed to be functional at first boot: in fact, after having booted from USB device, the user will find the network, sound, graphics, functional keys, webcam, skype and other things already configured and ready to use.
