Teddy Pierson (born November 1971) is one of IGN Entertainment's Lead Editorial Managers and Community Manager. Teddy started out at GameSpy in 1999 as a beta tester for GameSpy Arcade, before GameSpy merged with IGN in 2004. He continued on to create their website covering the Battlefield series called Planet Battlefield that became widely successful. After the IGN/GameSpy merger he now covers the community side of IGN, overseeing the Planet Network & Vault Network (now known as IGN Game Sites) of community driven websites covering specific titles. He also is lead Administrator for the IGN Message Boards, which are among the top 5 most visited on the internet.
