Charlie Spoonhour (born June 23, 1939) in Mulberry, Kansas is a retired basketball coach. Spoonhour started his NCAA Division I head coaching career at Southwest Missouri State University (now Missouri State University) in 1983. He led the Bears to five NCAA Men's Division I Basketball Championship appearances. From there, he went to Saint Louis University, where he led the Billikens to three NCAA tournament appearances. In 2001, he went to the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he retired from coaching following the 2003-04 season.
