Dario Bottinelli is an Argentine football attacking midfielder who on December 22, 2010 transferred from Atlas of the Primera Division in Mexico to Brazilian club Flamengo. Dario's older brother, defender Jonathan Bottinelli, still plays with San Lorenzo. Dario is nicknamed "El Pollo" which means The Chicken in Spanish. Considered a good prospect for the future, Bottinelli managed to establish himself in the San Lorenzo first team during the 2006-07 season.
