Within the last decades we have witnessed a rapid rise in multinational corporations and as a consequence global teams are becoming increasingly widespread. The processes in these teams are different from the processes in local teams and it is vital for companies to understand the difficulties, as well as the opportunities, that are inherent in global teamwork.
