Vol. II deals with the terminology of metal working in German, English and French. It contains terms and definitions of the most important cutting processes (turning, drilling, milling), of surface working (grinding, polishing) and of other metal removal processes like, e.g., electroerosion, etching as well as laser, electron and ion beam machining. Furthermore, the corresponding tools, machines and processes are described, complemented by general terms and definitions of production engineering and physical fundamentals. The last chapter deals with the structure and properties of surfaces and the effects of machining on the surface quality. Формат: 16 см x 24 cм.
